Find out what else is happening in the community
Here are some useful online portals that will help you find out what else is going on in our local community to support those who might be experiencing loneliness and isolation, physical and mental health problems, housing issues or money worries.
Simply click and you’ll be taken through to other websites who manage these directories, but remember that the information offered online may be slightly out of date to what is actually happening now – so check with individual services before using them.

This Live Well Hull directory lists a number of community services that offer activities and groups, home support, home maintenance, supported accommodation and support for carers… and much more!

This website allows you make a self referal to Forum’s Community Navigators (otherwise known as ‘social prescribers’). They provide one-to-one, face-to-face support to help people in Hull find activities in their area. They can link people with advice, mental health services, healthy lifestyle activities, volunteer opportunities and more. They work in a holistic way that takes into account individuals’ needs, goals and existing networks.
